A lo largo del año, salieron al mercado numerosos videojuegos que tienen todos los elementos para permanecer en la memoria y corazón de los jugadores; también fue el tiempo de explotar algunos clásicos con remakes que estuvieron a la altura de las exigencias, por eso no es de extrañar que estuvieran en las nominaciones a The Game Awards 2019, lo cual premia lo mejor de la industria.

Como ya es costumbre, un jurado internacional conformado por 80 medios y diversos influencers ayudaron a conformar la lista de nominados en las distintas categorías, de ahí se abre la votación que pone el 90 por ciento los expertos y 10 por ciento por el público. Como resultado se designan a los ganadores mismos que se darán a conocer este jueves 12 de diciembre en el Microsoft Theater de Los Angeles en punto de las 19:30 horas, tiempo de la Ciudad de México.
